Denis LaPolice
President and CEO

Denis founded Resource Management Group in 1992. He is recognized nationally as a leading financial search executive. Denis leads many of the firm's Fortune500 clients, such as GE, GE Capital, Cisco and Citigroup. He spearheads client development and puts primary focus on CFO and other key financial executive roles. He has eighteen years of financial recruitment experience, previously leading another search firm before venturing off to launch Resource Management Group. Denis is also an active board member of two charitable organizations, Kids in Crisis and Building with Books, and takes great pride in their achievements.

Anthony Chioditti
Vice President

Anthony has served as Vice President of Resource Management Group since 1993 and is a key member of the firm's executive committee. He has been instrumental in driving the firms' growth and serves clients in both the Fortune 500 arena and small to mid size marketplace. Anthony has fifteen years of financial recruiting experience. He spent the first eight years of his career in various financial roles at Price Waterhouse Coopers and Lone Star Industries. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of Providence College. Anthony leads the technology and media practice.

Kevin Cooke
Director

Kevin Cooke has been with Resource Management Group since 1994. He has spent his career serving Fortune 500 companies as well as pre IPO clients in all areas of accounting and finance search assignments. Prior to Resource Management Group, he spent eleven years with a search firm also focusing on accounting and finance disciplines. Before entering the executive search arena, Kevin worked in corporate accounting. He graduated from Quinnipiac College and earned a degree in Accounting. Kevin leads the industrial and manufacturing practice.

James Savoca
Manager

Jim has been with Resource Management Group since 1996. He has leadership responsibilities for senior searches; CFO, controller and treasurer, in all business segments. He brings with him ten years experience in the accounting and finance community. Jim spent the first part of his career with Deloitte & Touche where he became a Certified Public Accountant. After leaving Deloitte, Jim spent the next several years in various financial capacities with a $3 billion Stamford-based publicly held company. He graduated from the University of Connecticut with an accounting degree.

James F. Slemp
Senior Consultant

Jim joined Resource Management Group in 1997. Jim leads senior searches in financial services including banking and investment banking. After an early career in the Securities, Banking & Finance industry where he participated in the creation of a full service Broker/Dealer for Union Trust Company (now a member of First Union Bancorporation ), he joined Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith in their Private Client Practice. Mr. Slemp earned a degree in finance & economics from West Virginia Wesleyan College and completed his finance studies at the University of Connecticut M.B.A. Program. Jim is active in a variety of community and charitable organizations.

Brian Frederick
Senior Consultant

Brian has been part of the Resource Management Group team since 1998. He has participated in both client development, establishing strong partnerships within the Fortune 500 arena, as well as taking the lead on top-level diversity searches. Brian is associated with several minority organizations, including the National Black MBA and the Hispanic MBA. His prior experience includes recruiting for engineering professionals. He graduated from Southern Connecticut State University.

Lisa Lentine
Assistant Vice President

Lisa has been with Resource Management Group since 1993. She is responsible for corporate development projects, human resources and leads controllership activities. She also has overall responsibilities for public relations. Prior to joining the firm, she spent several years in mortgage banking. Lisa graduated from the University of Connecticut in Storrs, CT.

J. Matthew O'Brien
Consultant

Matthew has been part of the Resource Management Group team since early 2001. He is supporting the technology and media practice. Matthew was previously in marketing and promotions. He is a graduate of the University of Connecticut in Storrs, CT.

Jonathan S. Gould
Consultant

Jonathan joined Resource Management Group in the beginning of 2002. He is supporting the Financial Services and Manufacturing group. Jonathan has previous experience in sales and marketing and graduated from Southern Connecticut State University with a degree in Corporate Communication.
